1. Definitions & Interpretation
In this document, "ezspin3", "we", "our platform" refers to the ezspin3 website operating under an international licence. "Member", "user", "you" refers to any individual who registers for or uses ezspin3 services. "Terms" refers to this entire document along with any updates made from time to time.
"Real money" refers to funds deposited by a member into their ezspin3 account. "Bonus amount" refers to promotional credits credited by ezspin3 based on the conditions of a given promotion. "Wagering requirement" refers to the number of times an amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed.
2. User Eligibility
Registration and use of the ezspin3 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following conditions:

3. Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at ezspin3. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts without a refund of any balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
ezspin3 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
4.2 Minimum Limits
The minimum deposit is RM30 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. No maximum limit is stated for standard deposits, however large withdrawals may be subject to additional review.
4.3 Processing Times
Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This period may be longer during busy periods or when a security review is required. ezspin3 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
4.4 Legitimate Funds
All funds deposited into an ezspin3 account must be lawfully obtained. ezspin3 reserves the right to withhold or reject a withdrawal if there is any suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ezspin3 offers a welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received.
Calculation example: Deposit RM100 — Bonus RM150 — Total balance RM250 — Wagering requirement RM150 × 10 = RM1,500 before a withdrawal can be made from the bonus amount.
Second example: Deposit RM2,200 — Bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) — Total balance RM3,700 — Wagering requirement RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be claimed once per account, mobile phone number, email address, device and IP address.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirement.
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including multi-directional betting to reduce risk — will result in the bonus being voided.
- ezspin3 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
5.3 VIP Programme
ezspin3 offers a three-tier VIP programme for loyal members: Bronze level offers weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver level up to 1.0%, and Gold level up to 1.5%. A member's progression to a higher tier depends on their overall activity and loyalty level.
6. Game Rules
All games available on the ezspin3 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting and esports — are subject to their respective game rules. The final result of any game is conclusive and cannot be contested, unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during an active game, ezspin3 will settle the bet based on valid system records. Decisions made by ezspin3 on technical issues are final.
Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by a member. ezspin3 reserves the right to void bets found to have been accepted due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
7. Account & Security
Members are fully responsible for the security of their login details. ezspin3 recommends that members use a strong and unique password and do not share their login details with any other party.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat or email. ezspin3 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative charges or closure in accordance with ezspin3's internal policy.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the ezspin3 platform and may result in immediate account closure:
- Use of software, bots or automated tools to play or place bets.
- Fraud, attempted fraud or collusion with other players.
- Abuse of the bonus or promotions system in a dishonest manner.
- Money laundering or use of funds obtained through unlawful means.
- Opening an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Distributing content that is inciting, offensive or unlawful on the platform.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt or damage ezspin3 systems.
9. Account Closure & Suspension
ezspin3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including breach of these terms, any suspected fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

The ezspin3 platform is provided "as is". While we work to keep our services running without interruption, we cannot guarantee continuous availability at all times.
11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
ezspin3 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the ezspin3 platform after an amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
ezspin3 operates under an international licence. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved in accordance with the applicable licensing terms. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
